    The 27th Hawke's Bay Congress is just around the corner. The Congress is being held at Queens' Birthday Weekend (31st May - 3rd June) at the Taradale Club.   • 26th HB CONGRESS is underway

    The 2018 HB congress began last night, as usual, with the Welcome Pairs. There were 17 1/2 tables withBrett Glass & Gary Foidl the N/S winners and Johns Pitts & Tony Hacking the E/W winners. The event proper began today with a welcome from the chair of the organising committee, Mairii Bristow, who made special mention of Maira Fitzsimons who retired from the committee this year having served in various roles for the past 25 years, since it's inception.   • 2018 HB CONGRESS

    The 2018 HB Congress will again be held at the Taradale Club, home of the Taradale Bridge Club. The events and format for this years event remain unchanged from, what has been a successful formula for many years. The has been no change in entry fees for this years events - $130 for the full congress, which includes lunch on Saturday and Sunday.   • HB Congress over for another year

    The 25th HB Congress is over for another year. The event was held at the Taradale Community Club, home of the Taradale Bridge Club, for the first time this year. The event was well attended with 59 tables in play on Monday - 88 pairs in the Swiss Pairs, 6 pairs in the novice and 6 teams each in the Open Teams Final & Plate.
